Students are only allowed to attend the conference once without having presented. Therefore, students who did not present when they have attended in the past must present this year. If this is your first time attending, you are not expected to present.

As an individual, you can pay your registration fee upon acceptance into the conference by mailing a check or submitting it through UNL Marketplace (the replacement of PayPal) in the registration site. When you arrive at the Lincoln airport, there is a free shuttle provided by the Embassy Suites to take you to the hotel. If you do not see the shuttle outside (it is a white and green van), then find a courtesy phone located in the baggage claim area to call Embassy Suites and ask for the shuttle to be sent to the airport. The number to Embassy Suites is 402-474-1111 if the courtesy phone is not available.
The conference provides lodging for Friday and Saturday only. If your travel requires an extra night (or two), please make note on your conference registration after acceptance and before Nov. 18. You will need to provide the hotel with a credit card upon check-in.
If you want a single room, you will be responsible for the additional expense, which is $110 each day. Be prepared to present a credit card when checking in at the hotel.
Please complete your registration form on the NCUWM Registration page before Nov. 18. In order to room with a specific person, all of you will need to request each other on the form. If this does not happen, you will be randomly assigned a roommate by conference staff. Please note that the Embassy Suites Hotel has three beds per room so you are most likely going to be assigned two roommates.

There are shuttle services that will transport you from Omaha Eppley Airport to the Embassy Suites Lincoln: OmaLink, Navigator Airport Express, and Leisure Limousine. You may also rent a car for the weekend. While you are required to cover the expense at the time of the conference, you may request travel assistance. Travel funds are limited, so please make your request early.

Note: please be sure that your presentation is either on a computer provided by you, or a jump drive/memory stick. No other media will be accessible via our machines. In the event of disaster and our machines are not working properly, be sure to have your presentation available in hard copy.
