This directory contains the graphic files and programs that generate the graphics and data output for the paper 
"Modeling Spatio-Temporal Processes with Radial Diffusion" 
by R. Bemgal, A. Samal and T. Shores.
The .m files included herein will work under Matlab or Octave.  In particular, the file experiment.m  is a driver file for most of the data and graphics generation.  The file drugexperiment.m is the driver file for output that used the police data referenced in the paper.  The files and functions are reasonably well commented and thus largely self-explanatory in the context of the paper.
