About Me |
|
I grew up in beautiful Park City, UT (and now miss the mountains severely.) In the span of about two years I managed to live in all four times zones of the continental United States—we’ll call that an effort to check out different parts of the country before I eventually settle down. I am currently a math graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, studying partial differential equations under the guidance of Mohammad Rammaha. Inn particular I study the existence, uniqueness, energy decay and blow-up of solutions to nonlinear hyperbolic wave equations. Education: Masters of Science in Mathematics from North Carolina State University (December 2006) Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Philosophy (Honors) from Whitman College, Walla Walla, WA (May 2005) |
