I am about to be a second year graduate student in mathematics at UNL. I graduated with a bachelors in mathematics from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. My senior thesis at Xavier was entitled "Counting Ring Homomorphisms between Zn[d] and Zm[d] where d2=2 ." My hobbies include reading, playing chess, playing the guitar. My favorite book is The Stand, favorite movie is The Princess Bride, and favorite band is The Eagles. I have a GameCube, but my all time favorite game is Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES. This summer, I'm heading home to Ohio to spend the summer with my family and RELAX! Also, I will be going to see The Go-Gos in Chicago (even though I don't actually know any of their songs). By the way, my background is the ultra cool and highly exciting Homestar Runner! My favorite section of the Homestar Runner website are the emails in which Strongbad answers.
