Information for Presenters

All of the rooms in which talks will be given will have document cameras with electronic projectors. Some of the rooms have other equipment, typically a computer and/or a connection for a laptop computer. If you wish to use this equipment to present, you may, but:

Wireless accounts

Visitors who bring laptops with wireless cards can request a temporary wireless account from UNL. This can be done ahead of the meeting. Click here for information on UNL’s wireless network.

To request wireless access, visitors need to fill in forms on a few separate linked pages (rather than filling in a form on a single page). Click here to get started. Within a few minutes of submitting the form you’ll have 1 month of free access. The main information you need is the MAC address of the wireless card of your laptop.
