Math in the Mountains

This gathering will commence right after the conference Commutative Algebra: Connections with Algebraic Topology and Representation Theory. All conference participants are invited to join us at the Wiegands' cabin in Glen Haven, Colorado, May 23 - 29, 2008. The cabin is nestled in the woods at an altitude of 7400', with easy access to hiking and climbing. Guests have a choice of accommodations, including camping in the "yard" and sleeping on the floor or a sofa. The Inn of Glen Haven, half a mile away, offers more elegant quarters, and Estes Park (7 miles away) has hundreds of hotels and motels.

"Math in the Mountains" will be combined with CCR-13, the thirteenth annual "comingled container recycling" (formerly known by the less gentile name "bottle smashing").
