Important
information:
The NCUWM will pay double occupancy lodging rates for
Friday and Saturday nights for registered women
undergraduate conference participants who stay at the
Lincoln Holiday Inn Downtown.
Women undergraduate conference participants do not need to call the hotel.
We will arrange lodging for them.
Other participants however will need to call the hotel (402-475-4011)
to reserve a room.
If you are a faculty member (or a student who has
requested a single room or who is arriving before February 8th
or leaving after the 10th), you will need to provide a credit
card to the hotel upon check-in.
The following instructions apply to female undergraduate NCUWM participants:

You may request a single room, but in that case
you will be charged $42.50 plus tax each night. If you share a room,
the conference will pay for the cost of your hotel for
Friday and Saturday night (except for incidentals
like telephone charges, if any).
If you need to arrive early (Feb 7 or earlier) or stay late (after checkout on Feb 10), you will be responsible for the additional expense. You may, of course, request funding from the conference to help cover this additional expense, but it will need to be handled as a reimbursement.
