All of the rooms in which talks will be given will have document cameras with electronic projectors. Some of the rooms have other equipment, typically a computer and/or a connection for a laptop computer. If you wish to use this equipment to present, you may, but:

Wireless accounts

Visitors who bring laptops with wireless cards can request a temporary wireless account from UNL. This can be done ahead of the meeting. Click here for information on UNL’s wireless network. Additionally, visitors can connect via the eduroam network using their credentials from their home institution.

To request wireless access, visitors need to fill in forms on a few separate linked pages (rather than filling in a form on a single page). Click here to get started. Within a few minutes of submitting the form you’ll have 1 month of free access. The main information you need is the MAC address of the wireless card of your laptop.

The city of Lincoln owns and manages many parking garages. Current parking charges are $1.00 per hour (often the first hour is free), $9.00 for 9-24 hours in the parking facility or valet parking for $16.00 per night (parking garage pricing and hours of operation are subject to change). More information about the location of garages and rates can be found at the City of Lincoln Parking Services.

Getting to Campus

UNL’s visitor information provides resources such as campus maps and information about parking on campus.
