1) (page 80) The number of registrants for the 2001 Undergraduate WOmen in
   Mathematics Conference is approxoximately 95.  

2) (page 63) The line just ahead of Section 6.14 should be deleted.

3) (page 70) The description of the Group Grants should be {\it Group
   and Conference Grants} and the sentence reading ``They are shared
   by at least 3 members of the faculty.'' should be deleted.

4) (page 76) Figure 6.10 should include David Skoug's teaching award
   from the MAA.

5) (page 76) The sentence reading ``Of the 22 faculty members listed
   in the table, ...'' should have the words `all but' deleted.

6) (page 222) K. Lal Saxena should be changed to K. M. Lal Saxena.

7) (page 115) In Figure 10.10 ``Alan Peterson'' should be ``Allan
   Peterson''.
