I am a PhD candidate at the University
of Nebraska - Lincoln in the Department of Mathematics.
I work with Dr. Glenn
Ledder on problems in mathematical biology and optimal
control theory. I earned my BS in mathematics from Hope College and my MS in
mathematics from UNL. Outside of school I enjoy
running and cycling and lots of coffee.
Due to the suspension of in-person instruction at UNL, current students may contact me via email or Canvas .
Below is a list of the courses I have taught at UNL.
I was instructor of record unless otherwise indicated.
I am primarily interested in mathematical biology with a current focus on applications of control theory to plant life history and ecology. I am also interested in scientific computing and computational fluid dynamics.
