Buying inexpensive airline tickets

For international flights, one should be looking at least three months
in advance. For some international flights, one can do much better by
buying tickets through a European travel agent, such as the Dutch agency
air fair. Their home page is in
Dutch, but they respond to e-mail in English! Another possibility
is
1-800-FLY-CHEAP, provided that they will really do business by e-mail.
Dialing their 800 number can be a drag.
