Errata -- changes to CODE

Line 8335, change "prevector<number> basis" to "prevector<int> basis" in the 
definition of class canonical_lp_problem.  Otherwise, if you use the 
built-in simplex solver, problems with more than about 32,000 constraints will
bomb out.  (10/21/96)
